All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Membership Services - Services are determined by package purchased.
Membership Qualification - Must be 18 years or older and subject to medical condition.
Rollover Privileges - Members may rollover any unused services to the following 30 days. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 30 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 30 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.
Retail Discounts- Depending on membership package a discount is given to all members on retail product purchases.

Membership Freeze Option - A membership may be frozen for a $10 fee minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Membership is not transferable and services can only be used by signing member.
Membership needs to be in good standing for 60 days before requesting a cancelation.

Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12-month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.
Memberships can be cancelled after 30 days in good standing once they come out of a frozen status.
A minimum of two EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
To cancel a membership member needs to send a formal written request via email and return membership card. Cancelation will be effective when both written formal request is received and membership card is returned. If card is not returned there is a $55 replacement fee.
Kouture Body Design Spa must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
Kouture Body Design Spa must be notified about any changes in your medical history.
Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Kouture Body Design Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
Kouture Body Design Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation (includes members). Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 20% of the cost of the scheduled service. If fee is not collect from members, it will be taken as services or benefits rendered/redeemed..
If payment is declined, rejected, or not processed on the due date customer has three days to update their payment method. If no payment is made after 3 days from the due date, a $50 fee will be assessed and $5 for each day membership is not paid and membership will be cancelled with all remaining membership services not redeemable.
Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law and Kouture Body Design Spa strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows:
